Questions
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Verses, alarms and the wallpaper all work offline.
Is it free?
DailyDivine is free to download and has no ads.
Can I read in my own language?
The verses are currently in English only. More languages are planned.
Will the alarm ring on time?
It uses Android's alarm-clock scheduling, which is built for this. Some phones restrict background apps, so the app shows a tip where it helps. Please do not rely on any phone app alone for something critical.
Can I use my own photo as the wallpaper background?
Yes. You choose a photo with Android's photo picker, and the app only ever sees that one photo. It replaces your wallpaper once a day with the day's verse, and you can turn it off at any time.
